Cancellation Policy

We reserve the right to cancel or postpone a session at any time. As we work with energy sometimes external factors or our own health or personal vibration may be impacted in such a way that we would feel unable to provide healing at that time.  As we always strive to give clients a high quality service and powerful experience in that instance we would prefer to cancel rather than proceed with a session.  If this occurs we would offer the client a choice of a refund or rescheduling their appointment.

In the event of the need to cancel your appointment a minimum of 48 hours notice is required except in the event of exceptional circumstances such as an emergency or serious illness.  We will then offer to reschedule your appointment to a later date or give you a refund (refund only available if at least 48 hours notices is given).  In the event of a refund being required for appointments that are cancelled by the client a charge of 15% of the original purchase price of the booked session will be retained to cover the costs and administration time incurred as a result of the booking. 

If you are not available for your booked appointment without giving us sufficient notice or informing us then the purchase price will be retained for payment of the booked therapist's time.
